My Roots Puerto Rico (24x18in) represents the beauty of Puerto Rican history by depicting the most beautiful scenes of the island over the body of a “Taina” Indian. This detailed watercolor was exhibited in the United States Capitol Cannon Tunnel after obtaining the First Prize at an Art Competition hosted by the United States House of Representatives in Washington, DC (2003).
